Job Title: Administrative Specialist

Please Note:

This is a CONTRACT position with potential to convert to FTE.
Onsite role.
40 hours a week with potential to work OT.
Candidate can sit in Houston or Lake Charles.
No C2C.

Overview:
Under general supervision, works within a specialized function with work verified on an as needed basis. Reads and interprets documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, procedure manuals, and service orders.

Essential duties and responsibilities:
Writes routine reports and correspondence. Requires ability to speak effectively with groups of customers or employees of organization. Requires ability to perform basic numerical, statistical, and/or financial analysis. Applies common sense understanding to carry out detailed but uninvolved written or oral instructions.

Minimum requirements:

  • 4-5 years experience
  • Experience with SAP and/or Ariba systems
  • comfortable with excel
  • comfortable with full MS Office suite
  • Strong organizational skills
  • Strong communication skills - will be working with multi-functions and entire NAL team
  • Must be able to multi-task - juggle multiple priorities
  • Must have a valid drivers license
Education:
•             High school diploma or equivalent
