We are currently seeking a dedicated Completions Field Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a critical role in field operations by ensuring safe, timely, and accurate execution of completions activities.
Ensure job deliverables are accurate and delivered on time.
Participate in pre-job meetings and daily Toolbox talks with crew members.
Maintain equipment in good, safe working order according to company and industry standards; report any problems or deviations.
Ensure the safety of self and crew by adhering to safety protocols and proactively identifying risks.
Prepare equipment for rig up and rig down operations efficiently and safely.
Operate assigned equipment in line with individual competency and specific job requirements.
Consistently wear Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) and adhere to all HSE policies and procedures.
Maintain all required safety and operational training certifications.
Previous experience in completions, field operations, or related oilfield services preferred.
Strong awareness of HSE standards and commitment to safe work practices.
Mechanical aptitude and ability to operate field equipment.
Ability to work in high-pressure, physically demanding environments.
Willingness to travel and work non-standard hours, including rotational shifts.
