Overview:
Under direct supervision, develops working drawings within company and industry standards and codes, from equipment specifications and detailed drawings. Comply with HSE and service quality requirements. Complies with and promotes reliability and safety practices.
Essential duties and responsibilities:
1. Electrical drafting experience. Preferably in SolidWorks Electrical, but other programs are fine as well 2. Quick learner
3. Strong communication skills
4. Familiarity with electrical layouts, cable harness design, and cable management is a plus
Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
Skills are typically acquired through an undergraduate degree in Computer Science, MIS or equivalent work experience.
Minimum requirements:
Degree in Electronics Technology, Drafting, or similar discipline
Experience/Specific Knowledge:
4 years of related drafting experience or through 6 years of related drafting experience.
