Financial Contract Analyst

Overview:
The Contract Analyst will provide support to the Contracts and Operations Departments, and report to the Senior Contract Analyst. This position will have interactions with Senior Management, all the Company Departments, Project Management and Equipment Managers, and with clients, both governmental and private. Candidate must be able to work on multiple projects with tight deadlines.

Main duties and responsibilities:

• Develop, review and maintain Equipment Rates
• Develop, review and maintain Payroll Rates (Union, Non-Union and Prevailing Wage)
• Develop, review and maintain Standard Rate Book
• Fleet Profitability of Dredges Analysis and Plant Rationalization
• Aid in preparation of Requests for Proposals, Request for Equitable Adjustments, and Claims including certified cost packages, contract cost analysis, variance analysis, equipment and payroll rates and evidence collection.
• Maintain Historical Cost Database
• Assist Legal Department with Contractual Legal Issues when they arise.
• FAR and DFAR Review
• Other Special Projects as they arise.

Minimum requirements:
 Bachelors degree in Accounting or Finance
 3 to 5 years experience in accounting or finance role
