JAB Recruitment are working with a Client to source a Senior Telecoms & Infrastructure Engineer for an assignment based in Milan, Italy.  Our Client is looking for candidates with client or contractor major project experience

The role

• Review / Lead and manage telecom and IT projects from initiation to completion, ensuring adherence to timelines Develop and maintain material specifications and standards for project documentation.
• Design and architect telecom systems, including voice, data, and video communication networks.
• Ensure that designs meet industry standards and client specifications.
• Oversee the integration of telecom and IT systems with existing infrastructure.
• Ensure compatibility and performance of various systems
• Evaluate vendor proposals and manage relationships to ensure quality and reliability.
• Documentation and Reporting.
• Ensure compliance with relevant regulations, safety standards, and industry best practices. Address any issues related to material shortages, delays, or non-compliance.
• Work closely with multidisciplinary teams, including civil, mechanical, and electrical engineers, to integrate structural designs with other engineering disciplines.

Qualifications

• BSc or higher at oil & gas sector
• Petroleum Tech. Institute with experience in oil & Gas Engineering projects

Previous Experience

• Experience in Oil & Gas engineering & design sectors.
• Experience with EPIC projects.

Additional Information

• Proficiency Level in English Lang.
• computer skills:  Proficiency in Microsoft Excel or similar programs for data analysis, calculations,  Network Design Software , and budgeting, Collaboration Tools.
• Organization skills: Time Management, Task management, Planning, Attention to Detail, Problem-Solving, Communication, Problem-Solving.
• PMP or similar, Telecommunication Engineering certifications , Safety Certifications,  Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP).
