  • Provide regular updates to the Turnover Area Lead regarding critical issues and risks affecting subsystem turnover.

  • Build and maintain strong cross-functional relationships to support the successful completion of systems and subsystems.

  • Attend and contribute to Completion Meetings (MC Meetings) and SSTCC Status Meetings, providing updates on outstanding works such as materials, ITRs, RFIs, NCRs, and QSRs.

  • Participate in and coordinate Pre-MC and MC walkdowns, ensuring they are conducted in line with the subsystem component lists and systemization markup.

  • Lead Ready for Turnover (RFTO) walkdowns in coordination with the commissioning team.

  • Work closely with the Construction Quality Completion team to ensure all Inspection and Test Reports (ITRs) are completed in alignment with the Quality Inspection Test Plan (ITP) and Key ITR Matrix.

  • Interface and coordinate with the Company and third-party stakeholders as required.
