Job Title: Turnover Coordinator

The Turnover Coordinator is responsible for managing and resolving project constraints during the transition from Construction to Commissioning and ultimately the Turnover of the facility to the Company. This role ensures successful and timely completion of subsystem handovers by coordinating across Engineering, Procurement, Construction, Quality, and Commissioning teams.
The Turnover Coordinator plays a key role in facilitating the timely achievement of Discipline Mechanical Completion Certificates (DMCC) and Subsystem Turnover Completion Certificates (SSTCC) in accordance with the project schedule and quality standards.
Support Construction and Commissioning teams in achieving DMCC and SSTCC milestones safely and on time.
Lead and drive DMCC and SSTCC completions across all subsystems in line with the project schedule.
Liaise with Engineering, Procurement, Warehouse, Construction, and Commissioning departments to expedite and follow up on:
Requests for Information (RFI)
Non-Conformance Reports (NCR)
Quality Surveillance Reports (QSR)
Actively monitor construction and commissioning progress to assess system readiness and escalate concerns where project schedules may be at risk.
Identify and resolve potential constraints by coordinating with all relevant stakeholders to ensure seamless system turnover.
Provide regular updates to the Turnover Area Lead regarding critical issues and risks affecting subsystem turnover.
Build and maintain strong cross-functional relationships to support the successful completion of systems and subsystems.
Attend and contribute to Completion Meetings (MC Meetings) and SSTCC Status Meetings, providing updates on outstanding works such as materials, ITRs, RFIs, NCRs, and QSRs.
Participate in and coordinate Pre-MC and MC walkdowns, ensuring they are conducted in line with the subsystem component lists and systemization markup.
Lead Ready for Turnover (RFTO) walkdowns in coordination with the commissioning team.
Work closely with the Construction Quality Completion team to ensure all Inspection and Test Reports (ITRs) are completed in alignment with the Quality Inspection Test Plan (ITP) and Key ITR Matrix.
Interface and coordinate with the Company and third-party stakeholders as required.
Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field (preferred).
Minimum [X] years of experience in a Turnover, Commissioning, or Construction coordination role within large-scale industrial or energy projects.
Solid understanding of system completions, turnover processes, and project life cycle phases.
Strong knowledge of Quality Management Systems, ITRs, ITPs, and related documentation.
Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings, system markup documents, and technical specifications.
Excellent organizational, communication, and leadership skills.
Proficiency with project management tools and systems completion software (e.g., MCPlus, WinPCS, or equivalent).
Project site-based role with frequent walkdowns and inspections required.
Requires interaction with multidisciplinary project teams and external stakeholders.
Fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
